Haven’t had time to do much creative stuff in the past few months, but I did spend the last TWO WHOLE DAYS (well, part of the day on two days in a row, so, sorta) creating this video for you, and ONLY for you. It’s called Life on the Chihuahua Farm, and boy is it grand. (The life and the video.) There are appearances by the three doggies you’ve come to know and love plus a surprise appearance by my reflection! Also my legs at one point, but it’s just a flash on the screen, unless you pause it, you perv.

The file’s about 15MB and in .wmv format – for those of you with no idea what that is, it will take awhile to download but our PC will play it.

Jake is clearly made of used bouncy rubber balls abandoned by children who (sadly) were later relegated to mental institutions.

So the peace talks have fallen through, the treaty has been violated, there’s been growling and at one point snapping in dangerous proximity to my toes.

Dangerous for them because of how Dog Whisperer I got on their asses when they pulled that shite. Anyway, it’s still funny.

Now here’s the thing. Every time I post one of these pictures from under the sbg desk I feel seriously ghetto with that horrible paint job near the baseboard. However, I have no intention of fixing it. None. So if you don’t like it, I refer you to the brown-paint debacle of ’06 and I ask that you don’t judge me until you’ve cleaned a mile of my carpet.

Oooh, that sounds mildly dirty, actually. Wait, was that another pun? Oh crap, that’s all, I am done before I get caught in some entendre/pun cycle of doom.

She used to do the fennec-ears every time I looked at her. And while I am glad that she’s way more comfortable and confident now, I want to get a snap of that, dangit. Will try more. Probably can get one the next time my Mom or Dad picks her up, she’s not a fan of that.
