ST. LOUIS: N. County teen seriously wounded in city shooting

A north St. Louis County teen was clinging to life Tuesday night after being shot in the 2000 block of East Obear Avenue on Monday, police said.

Cortez Blanks, 17, of the 10000 block of Imperial Drive, suffered from wounds in the left and right side of his neck and was in serious and unstable condition at a hospital, police said.

There have been no arrests in the case, which remains under investigation, police said.

    Which do you think hurts more? Getting shot in the block or the apartments.
