I work out on an almost daily basis, because I like how it feels and I like how it makes me look. I’m not an olympic athlete, but I’m in good-shape. I’ll be honest, even though it may make me sound like I’m vain and shallow, but I’m attracted to a body that is as fit as the sort of mind that I’m attracted to.

Buddy, you don’t sound vain and shallow, you sound delusional. Also, at 5′6″ you really don’t want to be setting yourself up to only accept your “ideal” women. You better broaden your horizons (to at least as wide as your stomach) or you’re going to be flying solo for quite a while.
