		<description>Damn,  Sorry to hear about your water heater again.  Your story has though made me feel a little better about taking out a service contract for mine.  I picked the cheapest option - boiler service once per year and then repairs if needed, but no cover for radiators.  After your problems I&#039;m glad I did take this out now, sicne I slightly resent paying £9 per month when it&#039;s acdtually working.</description>
